Waking up in the heart of Fenland countryside, with the sunrise reflecting off the lake just a few steps from your caravan. It’s incredibly peaceful, with no traffic noise, no roadworks, just the sounds of nature and gentle water.
Fields End Water, nestled within the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside, offers visitors an extraordinary experience. For avid anglers and those looking to escape the noise of daily life, we recommend pitching your caravan on the edge of our fishing lake and taking in the scenery. Our award-winning holiday park has a commitment to providing a perfect, dog-friendly environment with great facilities which include 80 fully serviced touring pitches for you to enjoy.
One of the standout features of Fields End Water is the three well-stocked fishing lakes, making it an ideal destination for fishing enthusiasts. The Pit, The Pool, and Waterside each offer a unique fishing experience.
The Pit is a quiet and friendly lake, perfect for those who prefer a tranquil fishing environment. The Pool, on the other hand, is a favourite among a broader range of anglers, and offers 28 swims which cater to various fishing styles. Waterside offers a private fishing experience perfect for those staying in their own touring caravans or motorhomes, with their own fishing swim right on their doorstep.
When staying at Fields End Water, if you’d like to fish from the comfort and convenience of your own caravan, we recommend booking Waterside. You can park on one of our fully-serviced hard standing pitches, and take advantage of your own private swim which is just three metres away. Our on-site friendly staff are available to help you with anything you may need during your stay, just ask and we’re more than happy to support you.
Up to two Waterside guests per pitch can fish for free for the duration of your stay, or if that’s not your thing, you can sit and watch the local wildlife as you enjoy your holiday. Our park is beautifully landscaped, and the private lake is fully stocked with Carp, Barbell, Roach, and more.
For those who enjoy the idea of fishing from the comfort and privacy of their own caravan, Fields End Water is ideal. The convenience of stepping out of your caravan and being able to cast a line into a well-stocked lake is unmatched. The on-site bait shop ensures you have everything you need from bait to tackle, so you can focus on the fishing experience rather than the preparation.
This peaceful experience is also perfect for couples looking for a quiet getaway. The adult-only nature of the park ensures a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those who want to relax and unwind.
For those who don’t own a caravan or motorhome, Fields End Water also has alternative accommodation options available. Our on-site glamping pods offer the same proximity to the fishing lakes, allowing guests to enjoy all the benefits of the park without the need for their own tent, caravan, or motorhome. Whether you are an experienced angler or just beginning with your new fishing hobby, there’s something incredibly satisfying about fishing just by your accommodation.
If you’re not sure on whether to go camping or glamping, that’s perfectly fine. We have an informative article so you can decide if camping or glamping is right for you.
Fields End Water truly offers a unique blend of luxury and convenience, and whether you’re looking to make the most of your trip by exploring the Fenland countryside, indulging in some leisurely fishing, or simply unwinding, there’s plenty available for you. You can enjoy the ultimate fishing holiday without ever leaving the comfort of your caravan. Get in touch with us today to discuss your options further, or book your pitch now.
